Passig Islet Aqua-Eco Park Resort

Passig Islet can be found at Brgy. Bato, Sta. Cruz, Davao Del Sur. It is a small man-made island that is close to an hectare of white sand that showcase various sea creatures such as sea weeds, clown fish and other exotic marine animals.

This islet has once become the base of the coastguard and a hang out place of the locals way back years ago until the provincial government has seen the potential of this small islet to be an aqua eco-park tourist attraction.

You need to ride a small motorized 'banca' from the port of Barangay Bato just near the highway of Sta. Cruz to reach this islet. It's just a 5 minutes ride from the mini port going to the islet and will only cost you 20Php(per pax roundtrip). Docking at the islet makes you anxious to do anything you would like to.

To complement the beauty of the islet and to package it as a tourist destination, amenities such as cottages, bathrooms, comfort rooms and even function hall has been built to enhance the relaxing mood and taste of beach leisure. Palm and tropical trees were aligned just right, adding beauty to the place.

Entrance fee costs only 15Php while the cottage ranges from 150Php up to 500Php while the function room rental fee costs 5,000Php. Renting cottages is a must if you don't want your things be swiped off to the coast. Strong winds are at all times since it is located in an open sea.

Give yourself a different level of adventure and relaxation as you plunge into this uncommon beach set up in the middle of the sea. Have fun ^_^
